Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Shipments purchased through this site are managed through Packlink and selected couriers, with delivery exclusively in Italy. For deliveries outside Italy, you can use the “Buy on Etsy” button: availability, price, and shipping conditions are determined directly by Etsy.

Production

Each piece is made to order. Production times vary from 3 to 7 working days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on item, destination and courier, and are always visible in the cart and at checkout before completing the order. As an indication, the flat rate currently in force is:

  • Italy: 4,90 €

Delivery times

After production (3-7 working days), the estimated delivery times are:

  • Italy: 2-5 working days

The estimates are purely indicative and the actual times are always confirmed at checkout, based on the selected courier.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully packaged, using appropriate protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We invite you to check the integrity of the packaging upon delivery.

Returns and right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, without having to provide any reason. The deadline is met if you send us the withdrawal notice before the expiry of the 14 days.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

  1. Send your withdrawal notice to design@trueiconicdesign.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating the order number. You can use the template below.
  2. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions within 24 business hours.
  3. Return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  4. Upon receiving the return, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

Return costs

The the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend returning the product with a trackable service and keeping the receipt.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method as the purchase. The refund includes the price of the product and the cost of the initial standard delivery (not that of any express services). We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions: personalized products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., comics/wall clouds with text of choice), pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 206/2005. This exclusion is communicated in the product sheet before purchase. For other products made to order but not personalized, the right of withdrawal remains fully applicable.

Wrong, defective or damaged products

If the product received is wrong o damaged during transport, contact us within 48 hours from delivery a design@trueiconicdesign.com, indicating the order number and attaching foto del prodotto e dell’imballo. Provvederemo alla sostituzione o al rimborso completo, senza costi aggiuntivi per il ritiro e il reinvio.

Se il prodotto presenta un difetto di conformità, hai diritto alla garanzia legale di 24 mesi prevista dal Codice del Consumo: ci contatterai entro 48 ore dalla ricezione con foto del difetto e provvederemo a riparazione, sostituzione o rimborso secondo quanto previsto dalla legge. In ogni caso, per prodotti difettosi o non conformi i costi di restituzione sono sempre a nostro carico.
