These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website. The version in force is always the one published on this page. Before completing the order, the customer is required to read and accept these terms, in addition to the’Privacy Policy and to the Cookie Policy.
2. Subject and scope of application
These conditions apply to the sale of products intended for consumers, ai sensi dell’art. 3, comma 1, lett. a) del D.Lgs. 6 settembre 2005, n. 206 (“Codice del Consumo”), con consegna esclusivamente in Italia. Per consegne fuori dall’Italia è possibile acquistare tramite Etsy, secondo disponibilità, prezzi, condizioni e Paesi serviti indicati direttamente dalla piattaforma. Se acquisti per scopi professionali o imprenditoriali, ti invitiamo a contattarci a design@trueiconicdesign.com before placing the order: some consumer protections (in particular the right of withdrawal) do not apply to purchases made outside this scope.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The products published on the site constitute an offer to the public. The sending of the order by the customer constitutes contractual offer. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends the customer the’order confirmation email.
Each piece is made to order: order confirmation does not imply immediate availability in stock. Production times vary from 3 to 7 working days, plus shipping time, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or at checkout.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders in case of material errors, evident in prices or product descriptions, or supply problems. In such case, the customer will be promptly informed and, if payment has already been made, the amount will be fully refunded.
4. Prices
Product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, if applicable. Prices are visible on the product page and are confirmed in the cart and at checkout before submitting the order. The Seller may change prices at any time; changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
Sales and shipping through this website are available exclusively for addresses in Italy. The shipping cost is indicated in the cart and at checkout, as provided on the page Shipping and Returns.
5. Payment
Payments are accepted via the payment methods indicated at checkout at the time of purchase, including: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and PayPal. Card payments are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce Payments; PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Payment data is handled exclusively by the respective providers and is never stored on the site's servers.
The amount is charged at the time the order is submitted or, depending on the chosen method, upon confirmation of payment by the provider.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipments purchased through this site are managed through Packlink e corrieri selezionati, con consegna esclusivamente in Italia. Il costo e i tempi di consegna stimati sono sempre indicati in fase di checkout, prima di completare l’ordine. Per consegne fuori dall’Italia, il pulsante “Acquista su Etsy” rimanda alla piattaforma Etsy, che determina disponibilità, prezzo e condizioni applicabili alla destinazione.

7. Legal warranty of conformity
The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of 24 months provided by the Consumer Code. If a product has a conformity defect, you have the right to repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the conditions set out in Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To exercise the warranty, contact us at design@trueiconicdesign.com describing the defect and indicating the order number.
8. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can use the model withdrawal form available on the Shipping and Returns page or send an explicit communication to design@trueiconicdesign.com within the indicated deadline. The deadline is met if you send the communication before the expiry of the 14 days.
Personalized products. Ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 1, lett. b) del D.Lgs. 206/2005, il diritto di recesso non si applica ai prodotti realizzati secondo specifiche del cliente o chiaramente personalizzati (ad esempio i fumetti/nuvole da parete con testo a scelta). La natura personalizzata del prodotto e la perdita del diritto di recesso vengono comunicate in modo chiaro nella scheda del prodotto e prima della conclusione dell’ordine. Per gli altri prodotti realizzati su ordinazione ma non personalizzati, il diritto di recesso rimane pienamente applicabile.

9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for improper use of the products, failure to comply with the instructions for use or maintenance, or for damages arising from events not attributable to the Seller. The Seller's liability is limited, in any case, to the value of the product purchased, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to mandatory rights recognized by law.
10. Intellectual property rights
Tutti i contenuti del sito (testi, immagini, loghi, grafiche, design dei prodotti) sono di proprietà di 3DBooster di Dinale Andrea e sono protetti dalla legge sul diritto d’autore e dalle norme sulla proprietà industriale. È vietata la riproduzione, anche parziale, senza autorizzazione scritta.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
For complaints relating to orders, products or services, you can write to design@trueiconicdesign.com. We respond within 24 working hours and in any case within 30 days.
In caso di controversia con un consumatore, ai sensi dell’art. 141-decies del D.Lgs. 206/2005, hai il diritto di presentare un reclamo al Seller tramite la procedura di reclamo interna sopra indicata o di rivolgersi agli organismi di risoluzione alternativa delle controversie (ADR/ODR) di cui all’art. 141-nonies del Codice del Consumo.
12. Applicable law and competent court
I presenti Termini sono disciplinati dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori, qualsiasi controversia relativa all’interpretazione o all’esecuzione dei presenti Termini è soggetta alla giurisdizione del court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, ai sensi dell’art. 66-bis del D.Lgs. 206/2005, ferma restando l’applicazione delle norme imperative del Paese di residenza del consumatore.
