  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access, duration of visit. Collected automatically and necessary for the operation of the site.
  • Contact form data: name, email address, subject and content of the message, provided voluntarily.
  • Shipping data: first name, last name, shipping address, phone number, provided at the time of purchase and necessary for order fulfillment.
  • Payment data: processed directly by payment providers (Stripe via WooCommerce Payments, PayPal) and never stored on our servers.

2. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed for:

  • Execute orders and manage shipments
  • Provide customer support and respond to contact requests
  • Send order-related communications (confirmation, tracking, shipping status)
  • Comply with legal obligations (invoicing, tax retention)
  • Ensure the security and proper functioning of the site

  • Contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): processing necessary for the execution of the purchase contract.
  • Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR): processing necessary to comply with tax and retention obligations.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): site security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
  • Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): where required, for marketing communications (not currently planned).

The site uses exclusively necessary technical cookies for operation:

  • Payment provider: Stripe (via WooCommerce Payments) and PayPal, for payment processing according to their respective privacy terms.
  • Courier: Necessary shipping data is transmitted to the courier for delivery.
  • Hosting provider: Data is hosted on protected servers in accordance with GDPR.
  • Competent authorities: ove richiesto dalla legge.

I dati non vengono venduti, ceduti a scopo di marketing né trasferiti al di fuori dell’UE.

6. Conservazione dei dati

  • Dati degli ordini e fatturazione: 10 anni (obbligo fiscale italiano)
  • Richieste di contatto: 12 mesi dalla risoluzione
  • Dati di navigazione (log): 14 giorni
  • Dati di sessione del carrello: 48 ore

7. Diritti dell’interessato

Ai sensi degli articoli 15-22 del GDPR, hai il diritto di:

  • Accesso: ottenere conferma del trattamento e copia dei tuoi dati
  • Rettifica: correggere dati inesatti o incompleti
